Goods that are not subject to exchange and return Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated 19.03.1994 No. 172.
These rules do not apply to goods that you return due to non-compliance with the order, detection of defects or contamination.
- perfumery and cosmetic products and products in aerosol packaging;
- goods for babies (diapers, nipples, feeding bottles, etc.);
- corset goods (bras, bodysuits, corsets), underwear, including bathing suits, nightgowns, pajamas, robes, hosiery;
- bedding whiteness, towels, blankets, plaids;
- special hygiene items: dental brushes, razors, shaving brushes, combs, combs, massage brushes, tools for manicure and pedicure (knives, nail files thinly);
- down or feather products (except down jackets);
- soft toys for children;
- gloves, mittens;
- jewelry made of precious metals, precious stones, precious stones of organic formation and semi-precious stones;
- food products, alcoholic beverages.
